Embassy Industrial Park Farrukhnagar, Delhi NCR : Ground Breaking Ceremony

A ground-breaking ceremony was arranged at the Farrukhnagar Site on 24th Oct 2018, which was attended by Chairman of Embassy Group – Mr. Jitu Virwani, The Investors – Warburg Pincus Team and all other board members, Clients, IPC’s, Construction Partners and well-wishers.
This new 3 million square foot industrial park will serve as the second new-age warehousing location within the fast-growing nucleus of Haryana. True to form, the company has already leased out 1 million square feet, before even officially launching the project. This has resulted in Embassy leasing out 1.6 million square feet in a record span of 24 months since signing the Haryana Government MOU ( Embassy Industrial Parks had signed an MOU of INR 1910 crores with the government of Haryana. Embassy saw instant success in NCR when their debut project, a 600,000 square foot industrial park in Bilaspur sold out before completion).
