In the 14th Edition of Euromoney Real Estate Survey, 2018, Embassy Industrial Parks Pvt. Ltd. were ranked number 2 in the Industrial/Warehousing category.

Euromoney, a leading international finance publication, canvasses the opinion of leading firms involved in the real estate sector. For the 14th annual Real Estate survey, respondents were asked which firms they think have been the best providers of real estate products and services in their market over the past 12 months. In 2018, there were 2,425 valid responses from real estate developers, advisers, financial institutions, investors and corporate end-users.

A two-part survey involving Nominations and Market View ranked Embassy Industrial Parks second.
